Programme Duration

The Express Miles Rewards programme runs from 2 January 2026 to 31 December 2026. Customers may begin accruing qualifying mileage at any point during the programme year. Points are calculated based on completed, invoiced, and fully paid shipments only.

Eligibility

The programme is open to all Express Transit account customers. Only loaded miles qualify for points.
A minimum qualifying threshold of 2,500 loaded miles must be reached before points begin to accrue.
Points are issued per account and are non-transferable.

Earning Points

1 loaded mile = 1 point (after the qualifying threshold is reached). Points are only credited once invoices have been paid in full.
Points hold no cash value.

Bonus Opportunities

From time to time, Express Transit may offer promotional incentives including:
• Double points periods (e.g. January launch promotion)
• Referral bonuses
• Anniversary or loyalty milestone rewards
All promotional bonuses are offered at the discretion of Express Transit and subject to specific qualifying criteria.

Referral Bonuses

Referral bonuses are awarded where a referred customer opens an account and completes the minimum qualifying mileage within the programme year.
All referrals are subject to validation and approval by Express Transit.

Redemption

Points may be redeemed at any time during the programme year, or issued at the end of January following the programme year.
All December invoices must be fully settled for year-end vouchers to be issued. Accounts must be fully up to date with no overdue invoices at the time of redemption. Voucher tiers:
• 2,500 points = £25
• 5,000 points = £60
• 10,000 points = £130
Balances below £25 may be rolled forward for one additional year.

Voucher Use

Vouchers are issued via GiftPay Business and are subject to their terms and participating retailers.
Vouchers may be used for purchases, staff rewards, charitable donations, or internal incentives.

Mileage Calculation

All mileage is calculated based on Express Transit’s routing systems and operational decisions.
These calculations are final and binding for the purposes of the programme.

General Terms

Express Transit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the programme with prior notice.
Points reset at the end of each programme year unless otherwise stated. The programme is a customer incentive and not a contractual entitlement.
