Our Business

Express Transit Ltd provides dedicated transport and haulage services throughout the United Kingdom, arranging vehicles from small vans through to articulated HGVs to meet our customers’ transport requirements.

Our operations involve working with employees, transport providers, subcontractors and other suppliers. We recognise the importance of ensuring that the businesses and individuals we work with share our commitment to fair, lawful and ethical working practices.

Our Approach

We support the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and do not knowingly work with any organisation involved in modern slavery, forced labour, human trafficking or other forms of exploitation.

We expect our suppliers, subcontractors and business partners to comply with applicable employment and labour legislation and to operate in a responsible and ethical manner.

Where appropriate, we consider the practices and standards of organisations we work with and reserve the right to review or discontinue a business relationship where serious concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical employment practices arise.

Reporting Concerns

We encourage employees, suppliers, subcontractors and other parties working with Express Transit Ltd to raise any concerns regarding suspected modern slavery, exploitation or unethical working practices.

Any concerns can be raised with a Director of Express Transit Ltd and will be taken seriously and handled appropriately.

Our Commitment

Express Transit Ltd is committed to maintaining awareness of modern slavery risks and reviewing our approach as our business and supply chain develop.

Although Express Transit Ltd is not currently required to publish a formal Modern Slavery Statement under Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015,

we have chosen to publish this policy voluntarily as part of our commitment to responsible and ethical business practices.
